Stephen posted a video to Instagram: This is Biofilms, the anaglyph A/V projection mapping piece we made in the facade of the Kasarna Karlin commissioned by the @signalfestival in Prague. Biofilms are microorganisms that attach and form a community on an inert or organic surface. Several pioneering projects have already proved the potential utility of microorganisms in the production and maintenance of building materials by integrating living cells into architecture. In the future, we expect smart buildings, capable of adapting to changes and even being constructed by themselves.
